Product-specific terms may also apply. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a written product-specific agreement, the product-specific agreement shall apply.


3. Eligibility

By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for ensuring that our products and services are suitable for you.

Our work may include topics such as:

5. Medical, Psychological & Emergency Disclaimer

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical or mental health condition.

If you experience severe depression, active suicidal thoughts, a mental health crisis, or any emergency, please contact qualified healthcare professionals or your local emergency service immediately.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being.

We do not guarantee:

Specific income
Business growth
Client results
Sales
Profit
Audience growth
Healing outcomes
Emotional transformation
Personal results
Spiritual results

Your results depend on many factors, including your experience, commitment, implementation, market, audience, offer, pricing, timing, personal circumstances, and external conditions.

Testimonials, examples, and case studies are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

You are responsible for your own decisions, implementation, business actions, and financial choices.


7. Payments

All prices are shown at checkout.

Prices may be listed in EUR, USD, or another currency depending on the platform used.

Payment must be completed before access is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart, Skool, or other platforms. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.


8. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Payment plans are not monthly subscriptions unless clearly stated. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full agreed purchase price in installments.

Stopping participation, failing to use the product, or choosing to discontinue does not cancel your remaining payment obligations.

If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.


9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
9.1 General Policy

All purchases are final unless mandatory Austrian or EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Because many of our products include immediate access, preparation, digital content, live support, personal guidance, or professional services, refunds are generally not provided once access or work has begun.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Austrian or EU law.


10. Mentorship Programs

All mentorship purchases are final and non-refundable, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or Healing Millions® expressly agrees in writing.

Please enroll only if you are fully committed to the mentorship process.

Significant work begins immediately upon enrollment and extends beyond scheduled coaching sessions. This may include:

Business research and analysis
Website review
Offer review
Marketing review
Strategy planning
Session preparation
Homework review
Email support between sessions
Personalized recommendations
Resource preparation
Follow-up support
Implementation guidance
Review of submitted materials
Strategic thinking and preparation between calls

If a client chooses to terminate, pause, discontinue, or withdraw from the mentorship early for any reason, no refund will be issued unless expressly agreed to in writing by Healing Millions®.

Any refund issued by Healing Millions® is made solely at the company’s discretion as a gesture of goodwill. It does not create any precedent, legal obligation, or expectation of future refunds.


11. Between-Session Support

Mentorship may include support between scheduled sessions.

This support forms part of the mentorship investment and begins immediately after enrollment.

Between-session support may include:

Homework review
Email communication
Answering questions
Strategic guidance
Session preparation
Follow-up recommendations
Review of materials
Personalized implementation support

The value of mentorship is not limited to live session time. Preparation, review, research, and communication between sessions are part of the service delivered.


12. Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once access has been granted, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Digital products may include:

Online courses
Membership content
Templates
Downloads
PDFs
Toolkits
Recordings
Masterclasses
Training videos
Audio files
Workbooks
Guides
Bonus materials
Digital libraries

Because digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are not provided after access has been granted.

Where required by law, customers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that they may lose their withdrawal right once digital delivery begins.


13. Memberships

Memberships may include access to:

Community spaces
Live sessions
Recordings
Healing sessions
Guest experts
Educational content
Meditation libraries
Community discussions
Monthly themes
Bonus resources

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

You may cancel future membership renewals according to the cancellation process provided by the platform used.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not create a refund for past payments or unused time, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Healing Millions® reserves the right to change membership content, schedule, guest experts, format, or delivery method where reasonably necessary.


14. Live Sessions, Events & Recordings

Live sessions and events may be recorded.

By attending, you understand that your name, voice, image, comments, or questions may appear in the recording if you participate actively.

Recordings may be made available to members, students, clients, or purchasers.

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you are responsible for keeping your camera off, muting your microphone, and not sharing personal information during the session.


15. Done-for-You Services

Done-for-you services may include:

Marketing strategy
Funnel work
Website review
Sales page support
Email marketing
Content planning
Offer development
Business strategy
Project management
Research
Implementation
Revisions
Communication and meetings

Done-for-you services begin immediately after purchase or agreement.

Professional work is billed at USD $450 per hour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a project is cancelled, paused, or terminated before completion, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Healing Millions® reserves the right to invoice for all time reasonably spent on:

Research
Planning
Strategy
Preparation
Communication
Meetings
Implementation
Project management
Revisions
Review
Administration related to the project

Any unused prepaid amount, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting the value of work already completed.

16. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Participate respectfully.
Complete agreed homework where applicable.
Communicate in a timely manner.
Take responsibility for your own decisions and implementation.
Seek medical, legal, financial, tax, or psychological advice where appropriate.
Use our content only for your own personal or internal business use.

Healing Millions® is not responsible for lack of results caused by non-participation, non-implementation, incomplete information, delays, or choices made by the client.


17. Community Guidelines

Our communities are built on respect, integrity, kindness, and mutual support.

You agree not to:

Harass, bully, shame, threaten, or attack others.
Share private information about other members.
Spam or excessively self-promote.
Copy, sell, or distribute our content.
Misrepresent yourself or your results.
Use the community to solicit clients without permission.
Share harmful, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content.
Disrupt the safety or integrity of the space.

Healing Millions® reserves the right to remove posts, comments, or members who violate these guidelines.

Access may be suspended or terminated without refund in cases of serious misconduct.


18. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Healing Millions® is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes:

Videos
Recordings
PDFs
Templates
Workbooks
Slides
Meditations
Written content
Graphics
Branding
Frameworks
Methods
Course materials
Community content
Healing processes
Marketing materials

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

Copy the content.
Share it with others.
Sell it.
Reproduce it.
Upload it publicly.
Use it to train others.
Turn it into your own course or product.
Use it for AI training.
Distribute it in any form.
Remove copyright or trademark notices.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.


19. Use of Name, Likeness, Voice & AI

You may not use Nina Maglic’s name, image, voice, likeness, videos, recordings, photographs, teachings, or content for:

AI training
Voice cloning
Deepfakes
Synthetic media
Image generation
Misrepresentation
Commercial use
Public reproduction
False endorsement

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


20. Confidentiality

During mentorships, programs, or community participation, confidential or personal information may be shared.

You agree not to disclose private information shared by Healing Millions®, Nina Maglic, team members, clients, or community members.

This includes personal stories, business details, screenshots, private conversations, healing experiences, and sensitive information.

Confidentiality obligations continue after your participation ends.


21. Testimonials

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, message, comment, result, or feedback, you grant Healing Millions® permission to use it for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

We may use your first name, business name, screenshot, written words, audio, or video unless you request otherwise in writing.

We will not knowingly share highly sensitive personal information without permission.


22. Access & Technology

You are responsible for having:

A stable internet connection
A working device
Access to your email
Compatible software or apps
Login details for the relevant platform

Healing Millions® is not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, internet provider, email settings, or third-party platforms.

Temporary interruptions caused by third-party platforms do not entitle you to a refund.


23. Third-Party Platforms

Healing Millions® may use third-party platforms such as Skool, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart, Google Drive, YouTube, email marketing tools, or other platforms.

We are not responsible for:

Platform outages
Account restrictions
Technical changes
Pricing changes
Terms changes
Data issues caused by third-party providers

Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.


24. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact Healing Millions® first so we can review and resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

Suspension of access
Termination of services
Cancellation of future participation
Recovery of outstanding amounts
Recovery of reasonable administrative costs, processor fees, legal fees, or collection costs where permitted by law

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under Austrian or EU law.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Healing Millions® is not liable for:

Loss of income
Loss of profit
Business interruption
Emotional distress
Personal decisions
Implementation results
Health outcomes
Spiritual outcomes
Technical issues
Third-party platform problems
Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

26. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Millions®, Nina Maglic, team members, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of our content
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of another person’s rights
Your unlawful conduct
Your business activities
Your implementation of our teachings
Your participation in our communities


27. Termination of Access

Healing Millions® may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Share or copy protected content
Fail to complete payments
Harass or threaten others
Abuse team members or community members
Initiate improper payment disputes
Misuse our platforms
Act in a way that harms the safety of the community

No refund will be provided where access is terminated due to violation of these Terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.


29. Force Majeure

Healing Millions® is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

Illness
Natural disasters
War
Pandemics
Internet outages
Platform failures
Payment processor issues
Government restrictions
Technical disruptions
Emergencies
Family emergencies
Events outside reasonable control

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative access.


29. Privacy & GDPR

Healing Millions® processes personal data in accordance with applicable Austrian and EU data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Personal data may be collected for:

Processing purchases
Providing access
Communication
Customer support
Email updates
Legal compliance

Marketing, where permitted

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.

Bonuses
Delivery methods
Community features

Such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless mandatory law provides otherwise.


31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version available on our website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of our products or services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.


32. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.

Austrian law applies to all purchases, services, products, memberships, mentorships, and disputes relating to Healing Millions®, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

33. Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the competent courts in Vienna, Austria shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions.

If mandatory consumer protection laws provide another jurisdiction for consumers, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

34. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as legally possible to the original purpose.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any product-specific agreements, checkout terms, privacy policy, and written agreements, form the entire agreement between you and Healing Millions®.
